29 January 2015 My return is showing as detective in my income tax site profile. But I received a demand u/s 143(1).

Should I file 139(9) or revised return??

I know there s a mismatch n tax credit because Idid not claim self tax paid.

I did not rreceive any intimation u/s 139(9)

Please tell me what to do? 139(9) or revised return???

30 January 2015 yes u can revise return if the original itr was filed within due date.
