Dear sir we were deducting tds as per 192, annually computation, but the employee has quite the on 10/9/2015, if i calculate the paid amount to him till 10/9/2015,then no tax liability will be till date. but we have already deposited his TDS till September, of rs. 5628. plz tell me what will be next process in this cases..
