What use of "certified copies" of answer sheets?

Suppose, a person applies for certified copy of his CA final answersheets; he will get it after 1 month. But by that time, he will lose the right to apply for "reverification".

Also, ICAI is making applicants sign a declaration, which i feel is a bit unrealistic.......We don't apply n pay for "certified paper" just for seeing it, and say "hai rre meraa kismaatt....mera checker khaduus thaa....and he has given me very low, unrealistic marks"................

I think ICAI should allow students who have applied for "certified copies" to have their scores rectified if in the certified copies; they should have been given more marks(eg totalling errors).
