Anger comes from pain....You mean to say its wrong to outburst anger....Then whats the remedy?? Silience ! To remain silient .?? I know how an angry face looks ... How do you resolve/react angry feelings inside..

Hanji Gitika G, but not to remain silent, whenever you are angry, show your anger in preparing strategy, and in your work or in learning something. There is a quote "if you do not like some rule, follow that rule, reach the top and change that rule." SM guru 'P.S. Rathod' had also dedicated his book to his frustration. Sachin Tendulkar never shows his anger on any opponent player by words, he just give his reply by his BAT. If you expose your anger immidietely, you loose all the energy (It is my Opinion) and some one had said "Forgot your enemies but do not forgot their name." Remember Gitika G, it is only pain, anger and frustration that leads a man to success
