yes good research, yes i thoughton this several yers befire when i was a researcher in Econnomics.

See i started as free lance correspondent in 1950s for newspapers, then i used to write small reports and post to newspapers and they published after the event was over a fortnight or so as we just depended on postal service.Earlier people depended on horse post .

When telegarh system came effectively we sent news postal telegrams to newspapers with so many spelling errors god knows how many and indeed the subbing staff had hell of lot of time to deciper, that is technology beginnig. then came ticker services of teleprinters, here also operator typed his own spellings some times it became a good deal of ubbish generated.Like that we went on slghtly upgrading no doubt technology was there if the user or operator is either a novice or operates in his own touch methods what comes out is his production.

What i say is however the technology is good like from morse system of telegrams to internet, if the operator or user does not know how to sensibly operate, no man even by 3025 will be able to use or manipulate technology properly if he is not able discipline himself to fit with technology.

see, nuclear energy today too much touted as a great source of energy is fraught with so many dangers. So if technololgy even by error miss understood or wrongly manipulated then there will be serious problems, some can be containable some thing like nuclear power generation cannot be contained is the fact Dr.Openheimer as scientific adviser to General Eisenhower as president Eisenhower, said, better not manufacture Hydrogen bombs -ICBMS- for it may destroy both winner and vanquished and president agreed and told Let USA depend upon solid military forces with controllage technologies like tanks and other controlable mechines or controllable explosives. So you may be great scientist but if you have enemies your own sciece just devoursyou is the philosophy.

Today we have internet we communicate world over in fraction of a second but same internet also helped terrorists to destroy World Tower in new York on 9/7 similarly your mibile technology created destruction on26/11 at Mumbai.

Without properly harnessing the technology, you cannot use it. So in USA also they are phasing out nuclear reactors stations generating energy, as spent fuel uranium 238 storage at nevada has caused a massive problems as spent uranium also emits radioactivity for 100s of years may be is small charges and uch situation gets compounded over time from addition spent fuel is stored in nevadamay create massive problems cannot be sensibly measyed today what will be its effect after 100 yeras that is the limitation of technology and science and it became much more clearer after LCD at Haldron at CERN after checking on god particle -Higgs Boson in fact Satyendra Bose of Calcutta by theory told about that God particle and too so many decades to check that particle at Haldron collider at cern in 2012.

The checking proved if any energy moves at light speed naturally all mass forms are changed into gas form, and it also proved there cannot be any speed more than light speed that is physics.

Yet we are obssessed with scanty knowledge, like our PM 's economics massive knowledge forced him toi develop nuclear energy reactors at kudankulam/jaitapur etc while all NSG suppliers are really phasing out nuclear reactor plants in favor of alternative sources of energy, including USA.

But NSG is selling their reactors to really third world like India saying you are great kind of inducement.Any half knowledge is indeed very dangerous,so we say is it tested over time is the prompt question? sur.
