Good News! New CSI Available. All Ok here. In CSI Fourth placeholder is 8.2, Fifth placeholder is 2.178 as correctly mentioned by Kishore V. File HASH representation has been changed -- Admitted.

Generated csi file and filed the TDS return successfully, thanks for all ur support and guidance..

The TDS Return is now e-filed properly after new CSI file was made available on Income Tax Portal. MORAL: If Taxpayer/Deductor causes a delay, he's penalised, but if those in authority cause a delay, the Taxpayer/Deductor has to lose time, energy, money and undergo mental stress.
