MBP1 is to be obtained at the time of incorporation.
Further, ye he may resign.... and the remaining director will appoint new director only for the purpose to fulfull the quorum.

I dont know much about MBP-1, MBP-1 format is available online,so i can just download from there and fill up and send to the company by email, right? sir, do you mean I have to mail it to the company before giving my resignation ?

Form MBP1 is for disclosure of interest wherein you have to write the name of the Body Corporate, relation and shareholding, if any.
Further, for resignation this is not required.
