Director - Additional Director

Hi Form No. 32 is filed at the time of Appointment of an additional Director. However, the status was mentioned as 'DIRECTOR' in place of 'ADDITIONAL DIRECTOR' in the Form filed. When tried to file Form No. 32 for Regularisation of Appointment, a message appear stating the DIN HOLDER IS ALREADY A DIRECTOR IN THE COMPANY. and Regulaisation could not be filed. The company is a subsidiary to Pub. Ltd. company and now how to go ahead with the regularisation of appointment? Rajesh Pillai
