Hi Satya,
Generally such services are Work Contracts Service.
But if the persons who carrying out the Repairs n Maintenance work is working under your company instructions and service provider has no say in the work performed by workers then it is a Manpower supply services and if it`s not like that then it’s a Work Contract.
In both cases RCM will apply.

In our case, no instructions from our side, simply he is doing dismantling, installation, repairs, maintainance, alignment works.
he is not providing any goods to us, he is using his tools & tackles along with manpower for this purpose.
Please clarify clearly?
