23 January 2012x and y are couple and individuals with insurace commission as income, x gave loan to z, a company in PY 2009-10 and z gave interest to x by deducting tds.......i have committed a mistake " i have shown that y gave loan to z instead of x in y's books......now in filing return for PY 2010-11 iam facing the difficulty....what to do please help....

what difficulty u can add the interest income from z to y a/c. take tds claim

What ever error rectify it before filling returns
If you already file & paid Tds for Y case wrongly
file new return for X and ask for refund in return of Y
if need file revised return, you can still revised returns for PY 2009-2010 till A Y 2011 - 2012.
