Can any one tell me that in whose name the stamp paper should be taken inorder to get the certified true copy of the documents of the company in ROC. What should be written in that etc. The purpose of the stamp paper etc.

You can take the stamp paper in the name of Company, if the company is taking the certified copies.
Otherwise who is applying for the certified copy stamp should be taken in his name...

In the name of person who is duly authorised by co.to do said works on behalf of co.
If the co. has deputed any person to act on his behalf then he can do so.
