yes step wise marks are awarded but it depends what kind of error you have made if ther error was in calculation then it really doesnot matters, but if it was some principal error then they may deduct full marks

yes it was lengthy bt questions were straight... no twists... icai has compensated fr accounting... bt i hope tat icai does somethin regarding accounts paper correction.

paper was good, but lengthy. Icai marks distribution on question is not resonable , like 5 marks for reconciliation, same 5 for marginal costing .

Even i m preparing for ipcc in november seeing this paper i am really motivated that if one works with dedication then he can get exemption .hoping for good result of all you guys all d best

@ ankush Okay what actually happ is the first exam accounts.I could hardly attemply 70 marks paper.firstly I hadn't answered mock tests so the time management was not as it should ve been.secondly it was lil bit tricky nd lastly,as it was the first paper a kind of nervousness prevails. So today for cost my motive was to attempt for 100 marks.I got time nd so I answered even the extra one.well I hope this doesn't proves out to be a wrong approach.

Paper was very good..........time was also sufficient as there were 2 theories question........it was a compensation for accounts paper

is the new companies act 2013 applicable for nov-2014 friends if yes-whether the students get an exemption if registerd under old companies act up to 3 attempts please reply me as soon as possible friends..!!
