10 May 2018we need to book sales in the month of MArch-2018 to cover our loss
but party not ready to book the expense in march-18 as their GST & TDS returns have done.
still if we book sales in our GSTR-1, except our GST returns mismatch what other problems can arise?
please explain

gstr 3b and gstr 1 should be matched
and the almost details of gstr 1 will be put on itr

our 3B & GSTR-1 will be mateched but problem comes with party's return reconciliation.
they are not agree to book the expense in March-18 whereas we need to increase our sale.

we will book in the month of March-18,will pay the GST.party will take set off in f.y.2018-19.
so we are actually paying tax.

If u have supplied it in march then book it in march only

we are into works contact (civil). work has been done in March-2018 only but bill has been submiteed & certified now.
party said they won't book it in March-18.still if we would show it as our sale what would be the consequences

As long as you are able to match GSTR1 and GSTR3B there should not be any problem. Pary can book the expense in subsequet month and take credit if availalbe. I do not foresee any issue.
