Format for Filling Result to SEBI

For submitting Qarterly results to stock exchange, format prescribed under Clause 41 is sufficient.

U can copy that format from Clause 41...fill detail and submit the same to SE...

The format of Schedule VI is changed but not the format prescribed under Clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.  Results are continued to be presented in the same manner as prescribed under clause 41 of the Listing Agreement.
