What is the time limit within whic form 32 for resignation of a director is to be filed?

Form 32 need to be filed within 30 days from the date of appointment or change in the office of Director.
Ok. So if the director resigned on may 30, the last day i can file is june 30. And if delayed what is the penalty?
yes, the fee shall be as per Schecule X and variate according to the capital of the Company.
After 30 days the late fee shall be 2 times of the normal fee upto next 30 days.
