As per amendment made by finance act 2011 and explanation 2(aa) to section 139 the benefit of extension to 30 November in case of corporate assesees who are required to file the return under section 92E will be available for return to be filed for AY 2011-12. Please correct if I am wrong.

Due date for filing Income tax returns for companies it is 30th September 2011 & for submitssion of report related to transfer pricing it is 30th November 2011.
