23 June 2017I have applied personal loan and It got rejected. The bank told me that due to dual pan card loan got rejected. I have only one PAN card. And I am using the pan card from last 15 years. I am not sure what happened and I do not know how to remove the other pan card. They are not providing the Other pan number as well. Someone please help me.

Are you able to login efiling site?
Have you linked aadhar to your (said) Pan?

Yes Sir,
I can able to login to efiling site. I can able to see all the IT filing documents and others. I have linked my aadhar card as well. Even I can able to see the aadhar card informations as well.

Finally you Check the details under "Know your PAN-Income Tax". FN, MN and SM which is your PAN applicable. You check Two PAN is under the same details

Thank you so much sir, Attached file is really helped. After validating my mobile number, It showed a message stating that "There are multiple records for this query. Please provide additional information". After that I have entered my Father's Surname. Then It has shown my PAN Number ( what currently I am using ) along with the correct Jurisdiction code with remark stating "Active". It is not showing any other PAN Card informations.
