Suppose Mr. A is a Director in a Company. Due to his inability to attend the Board Meeting, Mr. B is appointed as Alternate Director to Mr. A. Now Mr. B attends a Board Meeting as alternate director to Mr. A. Is Mr. B entitled to a cheque for sitting fees or Mr. A (who is the original director) entitled to the sitting fees?? Please answer my query.
