I have little doubt regarding applicability of Compliance Certificate.
If a Private company is having share capital of Rs. 10 lacs as on Balance Sheet date and thereafter share capital ehnaced to 100 lacs after the BS date and before AGM date. Is Compliance Certificate required or not?

Compliance Certificate is prepared as on 31st March. If the paid up capital is within the limit mentioned as on 31st March, den CC is not reqd.

Paid up capital as on 31st March shall be considered for the same. In you case as your capital is Rs. 10 Lacs as on 31st March, you need to file Compliance Certificate.
