No, Form 23AC and 23ACA cannot be revised. You can go and talk to the concerned ROC. If they nulify the effect of previously filed form then you can upload the fresh form with prescribed fee.

Kindly note that since annual report is to be revised so it has to be approved again at the shareholders meeting.

generally not possible to revise for as mca21 portal here is no such provision..

however can be done if roc permits..contact roc

Just permission of shareholders is requred for approval of revised Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account. After that new filing will be done with the resolution attached in this regard.

No need for ROC Approval for revised filing.
