I want to know that in the Annual Return of the Company, the details of the Alternate Director of the company is required to be given or not??
Please reply as soon as possible as the matter is very urgent.

Yes, the constitution as on the date of AGM is required to be given.

Yes Alternate Director is also required to be given in the Annal Return.
