ITS BEEN TAKEN CAREOFF MS.DEEPALI AGARWAL...FILING PERIOD HAS BEEN EXTENDED BY ONE MONTH WHICH I THINK IS DUE TO EXPIRE..

Filing Date is extended upto 15th October for filing Form 23AC & ACA (NON XBRL MODE). i m enclosing herewith the said circular for your reference.

The filing for non XBRL has been extended upto 31st October, 2012 or 30 days from the date of AGM which ever is later.

Dear Mr Masood,

I disagree with your statement as circular clearly says that date is extended till 15.10.2012 or 30 days from AGM, whichever is later.

Agree, with Mr. Aditya as per General Cicular No. 28/2012 of Ministry of Corporate Affairs ,date of filing of Eform 23AC and 23ACA (non XBRL ) is extended upto 15.10.2012 or within 30 days of AGM , whichever is later.

The Ministry vide circular number 31/2012 dated 28/09/2012has extended the due date for filing Form 23B without additional fee for accounting year 2012-13 upto 23/12/2012 or due date of filing whichever is later.

Also the Ministry vide circular number 30/2012 dated 28/09/2012has further extended the due date for filing Form 23AC and Form 23ACA in non XBRL mode in the following manner:

Company holding AGM or whose due date of holding AGM is on or before20.09.2012, time limit will be 3rd November, 2012 or due date of filing, whichever is later.
Company holding AGM or whose due date of holding AGM is on or after21.09.2012, time limit will be 22nd November, 2012 or due date of filing, whichever is later.
