I am a Chartered Accountant, Company Secretary and Cost Accountant with 12+ years of post qualification experience, predominantly in Manufacturing Industry with expertise in Accounting,Costing, IFRS.

    Need your immediate reply please...Is paddy husk vatable item or not? if not in which Schedule it is mentioned, Sch 1 shows husk of pulses, paddy,....is there any particular case law or so that it would be better to me... thanks in advance

    Why LIC maturities are Tax free. Is it that LIC pays tax on our behalf on all the earnings it makes and then distributes the surplus. Please help with supporting sections.
