    Sir, What does date of credit to the party refer to as per TDS provision ?? So does it amount to violation of law if invoice being dated on 13/04/2013, but the same invoice accounted in the books in the month of july 2013.Please mention the relavent case law if any.

    1)PLS TELL ME THE MEANING OF SALARY/WAGES FOR BONUS PURPOSE, THAT IS WHAT IS INCLUDED IN RS 3500 AND RS 10000? IS MEANING OF SALARY SAME FOR BOTH THIS AMOUNT? 2)SUPPOSE SALARY/WAGES IS LESS THAN 10000 FOR 10 MONTHS AND FOR 11TH AND 12TH MONTH IT IS MORE THAN 10000. IS THE PERSON ELIGIBLE FOR BONUS FOR THOSE 10 MONTHS?
