Dear All,

Almost all the provisions of Companies Act, 2013, its Rules and new e-forms has become effective and applicable with effect from 01.04.2014 and just now the revised fee structure has also been notified by MCA which is also applicable from 01.04.2014.

The MM III workshop aims at enabling the participants to understand theCHALLENGES before them in order to equip them to develop suitableSTRATEGIES for effective IMPLEMENTATION in the changed scenario.
