including the Company Secretaries. It is apparent that Company Secretaries are contributing significantly
to the development of a defined system of corporate governance. These professionals are obliged to
always act in the public interest.
The continuous performance and Quality in professional services is the hallmark of success in a
competitive environment. The performance and quality can be enhanced to the level of excellence only if
professionals follow high Technical, Professional and Ethical Standards while serving the client or
society.
There is always an underlying need to advocate the quality aspects in professional services. Keeping this
in mind, the Quality Review Board of Institute is organising a Symposium on Quality of Audit and
Attestation services rendered by Professionals.
