ICSI - Convocation – 2015 of Western Region
The Institute is organizing Convocation of Western Region for awarding the certificate of membership to the Associate members admitted during the period 1st October, 2014 to 31st March, 2015 and to award prizes/medals to meritorious students (National) and winner students of national level competitions as per details given below:-

Day & Date of Convocation: Friday, 3rd July, 2015
Venue: The Bombay Stock Exchange Limited, International Convention Hall, Ist Floor, P.J. Towers, Dalal Street, Mumbai - 420001
Last date for confirming participation: 20th June, 2015
Invitation to the eligible members has already been sent through email.
The list of members eligible to participate in the Convocation of the Western Region is also uploaded under the link “List of Eligible Members”.

In case of non receipt of Invitation, members are requested to write at email id:

Members shall be admitted to the Convocation subject to confirming his/her participation in the Convocation in the specified Registration form (already sent to the eligible members) to the Institute by the last date i.e 20th June, 2015
Participants may note the following:
a. All participants attending the Convocation Ceremony shall make travel and stay arrangement on their own.
b. The participant shall be allowed maximum of two accompanying family members/guests at the Convocation Ceremony.
c. No person shall be allowed to attend the Convocation as a representative of the member. If a person abstains from attending the Convocation, his/her Membership Certificate shall be sent by registered post at the mailing address registered in the records of the Institute.
d. In case participants have not sent earlier scanned image of his/her photograph/signature to the Institute, may please send the same in .jpeg format at email id meena.bisht@icsi.edu
Any request for change of region for participation in the Convocation shall not be entertained.
