About the Speaker
The speaker is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India over more than one and half years in the profession. I am partner with the Chartered Accountant Firm M/s H S K R & Co.
He has been working in the field of Insolvency and Bankruptcy since more than two years as Department Head in the well-known firm of Vadodara. I have handled more than five cases under Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process and under Liquidation.
He got dynamic experience in every stage of Insolvency and bankruptcy during my service for the period of more than two years. He possess much interest in the field of public speaking and continuously working and growing in this field. He has both theoretical and practical experience in the insolvency and bankruptcy process. So, he would to share my practical experience of insolvency and bankruptcy process with the participants.
He had also taken a webinar on the topic Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 - A Practical Journey organised by WICASA, Baroda.
