I am Kajal Shukla, Practicing Company Secretary, Ahmedabad. I am properitor of K.A.Shukla & Associates. I deal with all corporate matters such as company law, restructuring, bonus issue, preferential issues, takeover, listing compliances, delisting, relisting, llp, conversion of company, all incorporation inclusing chapter 9, secretarial audit etc.
