I did my B. Com in 2005 and thereafter completed my Law Degree (LL. B.) from Lala Lajpatrai College in year 2008 with First class. I started practicing in year 2008 in a Law firm known as LAW GLOBAL, ADVOCATES and simultaneously completed Masters of Law (LL. M.) in Business Law in year 2011 from Mumbai University and joined another Corporate Law Firm known as JOBY MATHEW & ASSOCIATES, ADVOCATES where I've achieved an experience of working alongwith several Merchant Banker's, CA's & CS while conducting Legal due diligence of several Company's for IPO's listing including SME IPO's, which are now listed on stock exhanges at the same time we handled adjudication matters before SEBI, Appeals before SAT, Arbitration matters before Stock exchange, DRT matters, Company matter before CLB, Winding up Petition, Suits before High Court, etc.
Thereafter, in year 2013, I started my own Law Firm having office at Fort, Mumbai known as SHANTIBHUSHAN & ASSOCIATES, ADVOCATES and since then we are handling capital market and securities assignments, SEBI proceedings, Stock Exchange Arbitrations, Legal Due Diligence for IPO's, Civil matters before High Court, Civil Court. I am also a visiting Associate to JOBY MATHEW & ASSOCIATES, ADVOCATES.
