Has general and in depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA solutions (with underlying value flows) in the business area of Finance, Planning, Budgeting, Margin Analysis, Financial Risk Management, Central-Finance (cFIN), Contract Lifecycle Management (IFRS-16), Closing Governance, Banking, Reporting & Analytics. Understands cross functional business processes and facilitates implementation of cross functional IT solutions. Can influence business partners at the Director and Program Manager levels. Can engage with Sales and Delivery teams to identify Finance related opportunities, participate in client workshops and perform Due Diligence & Process definition discussions.
Technical Knowledge:
Adept at designing and implementing technology-enabled business solutions for clients as part of a high-talent team and as a team lead on multiple full cycle implementations, expert-consulting, global rollouts, migration, and advisory. Experience with SAP Activate and ASAP implementation methodology. Has customization experience of SAP S/4HANA Solutions and understanding of core data structures and data flows.
Innovation:
Has general and working knowledge in SAP Intelligent Robotics Process Automation, SAP Cloud Platform, SAP Analytics Cloud, Qualtrics - Experience Mangement and SAP Conversational AI. Maintains balance between innovation and pragmatism when determining the practical application of new ideas. Fosters a non-judgmental environment that stimulates creativity.
