Financial Monitoring & Analysis Monitor

  • Designing and implementing organization and program specific accounting procedures. Examine and analyze complex financial statements.
  • Researching, analyzing and ensuring implementation of new and/or changing accounting and reporting systems. Providing training and consultation related to new system and/or reporting methodology and ensuring the development of related policies and procedures.
  • Recommending actions and alternatives to be taken by management when accounting data disclose unfavorable trends or deviation or financial mismanagement.
  • Making risk assessment of systems of internal control; implementing changes and improving the system.

Decision Making and Problem solving

  • Independently resolve and/or develop recommendations for unprecedented, complex issues and problems. Anticipating problems and developing recommendation for management resolution.

Communication

  • Conveying concise, comprehensive and accurate findings on matters of complex nature in written form based on professional knowledge and judgment.
  • Conveying issues of a complex nature in a clear, concise and organized manner. Consulting external entities for related issues.

Supervision

  • Overseeing unit supervisors to ensure compliance with recruitment and selection policies and procedures.
