NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, dated the 10.07.2012.

S.O. (E).- In exercise of powers conferred by sub-section (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Second Amendment) Act, 2002 (11 of 2003), the Central Government hereby appoints the 12^th day of August of 2012 as the date on which the provisions of sections 7, 8 (in relation to section 18 & 19 of the Companies Act, 1956), 20 and 25 (in relation to section 188 of the Companies Act, 1956) of the said Act shall come into force.
