Sir my name is ankit i have completed 6 month training. Now due to some family problem i am required to take transfer but my ca does not allow me.Is their any procedure available for me. Can we withdraw my articleship without consent of my ca & then what period of articleship counted

as per ICAI one who completed the training of 2.5 yrs can appear for final exam.

I HAD ORIGINALLY REGISTERED FOR PE2 COURSE AND COULD NOT CLEAR IT AND SWITCHED OVER TO IPCE AND CLEARED BOTH GROUPS IN NOV 2011 AND REGISTERED FOR ARTICLESHIP ON 1/3/2012 WHEN WILL I BE ELIGIBLE TO APPEAR FOR CA FINAL 1ST ATTEMPT? PLEASE REPLY ME AS SOON AS POSSIBLE

Dear Sir, student registered as IPCC can give final attempt only on serving last 6month. isn't there is any chance that ipcc student can give attempt on serving last 12month??
