Kindly let me know where I need to submit the paper application along with other enclosures like intermediate marks sheet, articleship completion certificate etc to get my certificate. I am from Jaipur. Can I submit it to the Regional Council office or is to be sent to ICAI New Delhi? Please let me know. Regards garima
