when did novermer exem registraion next year

MichaelJegadish In 12th still I have arrear in three subjects. I passed in English, Tamil, and Accountancy above 60%. Technical education I compleated Accountancy Lower, and also done M.A.History in Annamalai university (OUS). Recently done Diploma in International Business Trade. provided three years experience in Income tax filing. Can I become a Income tax practioner. or Is it possible to take CA course.

ms. smita as per cicular of ICAI regarding Direct Entry it is clearly mentioned therein a student who has registered for the CPT course by paying Rs.6000/- for appearing in the December, 2012 examination, shall be required to pay the following fee and no concession/ adjustment shall be allowed:

i had registered for cpt on 1st august 2012 and now i want to cancel my registration because of this direct entry.... as icai saying this direct entry scheme is applied from 1st august... i should get my cpt registration fees back... but personnel at icai bhavan fort, chuchgate are not responding.... what to do....???? please help
