In most of the programes of such kind we see that preferance is given to candidates who have cleared their examinations in their first attempt.
There is no such rule that people who have cleared exams in their first attempt are really very good and those who have taken more than one are not bright.
I guess, such priviledges should be re-looked into and opportunites should be equal for all CA members.
