Weather new service tax laws as amended to include negative list applicable to ca final students for Nov 2012 exam.

Hi, I really not understood this Service Tax (Removal of Difficulty) Order, 2012 - Amends section 68 of the Finance Act, 1994. It is very helpful if explained in brief. I hope that someone will explain this if he/she knows it. Thank you, Mahesh
