how much bank's following this guidelines? why only on the public sector bank. Indusind bank also increased the Minimum balance from 5000 to 10000 for the saving a/c.

Axis bank has increased it's minumum balance from Rs 5000 to Rs 10,000 for a normal saving account, where as RBI's guidance sayes other wise.
