Not Agree with the RANI LOHITHAN . No need to give exempt for graduates, may be give for PHD's other Relevant professional Institutes.

We have to change our level, syllabus, curriculum according to the market demands. For example more and more project presentation, regular seminars etc. Our students must be able to chess and challenge students of MBA and engineering.

Dear Guest, Where is the Source? It is Most Important?

Fully agreed with Mr Kabra. Personality is not built in 15 days (here i refer to the so-called "compulsory" GMCS course offered by ICAI, where the faculty themselves needs grooming). In contrast to this there is 3.5 years of articles training which is still taken dummy by many of the CA aspirants. Reason is ONLY one i.e. stipend which is offered when we compare it with the quantum of work extracted from the students, is EXTREMELY low (less than the sweepers even. Lets not talk about drivers and peons, they are way much better-off). In USA, CPA's are also required to undergo 3 years of training, but there pay-scales are just similar to any other employees'. No Discrimination..!!!
