It is unfortunate that we Indians have bared our ugly face of greed and lack of character repeatedly in cases like Dabhol, Cairns Vodafone etc. It is penny wise and pound foolish resulting in exodus of foreign interest in power sector which may just be repeated in petroleum and telecom as well. We ought to value revenue a lot lower in our priorities.
