Data of PAN to be verified

Identity and address of a certain percetange of PAN applications will beverified by visiting the PAN applicants. Hence, an authorized third party agency may visit the PAN applicant to verify the identity and address provided in the PAN application - NSDL

There are no. of cases,when someone apply for change of address ,PAN no. is also changed,which lead to more complications

It is wrong on the part of Govt to allow PAN information to authorised person. It should be allowed to ALL, to avoid error in filing eTDS return.
