i am an existing IPCC student, i want to convert to ipc and join articles. which application must be filled and submitted..??? rply fast

I have registered for IPCC in Jan 2009 and did not clear any of the groups. I am done with ITT and orientation. As per this can I apply for articleship and the write for Exams? How much should i pay?

sir i'm passed cpt in 2010, i want to conversion ipcc to ipc but i have only 50% in degree ,but i got more then 55% in three subjects ( taxation-64, management-58, corporate-56)so can i eligible to convert from ipcc to ipc .
