please note that there is no controversy. please refer following judgements : 1) 2006 (204) E.L.T. 343 (Tri. - Mumbai) 2)ACCENT MICROTECH INDS. Versus OMMISSIONER OF C. EX., AHMEDABAD (2007) 218 ELT 369 (Tri. - Ahmd.) on export one can avail cenvat credit simultaneously while availing SSI benefit.
