1) GL / Financial reporting • Closing of monthly accounts. • Preparation of financial statements. • Review of Balance Sheet Schedules. • Preparation and/or review of quarterly accounts. • Managing the financial reporting function including liaising with HQ and internal divisions • Analysing standard assets, restructured and NPA provisions • Variance analysis (PL analysis) of Income & Expenses • Review of treasury schedules. • Verification & approval of day-book entries. • Recon of Financials with Oracle Trial Balance. • Liaise with external and internal and RBI auditors • Function expertise on Oracle GL module. • MIS & Budgeting 2) Subsidiary reporting • Overseeing/reviewing subsidiary accounts. • Recon of IVBL entries with its 100% subsidiary IVFSL entries (RPT Recon). 3) RBI reporting • Preparation and/or review of quarterly submission to RBI. • Reviewing of full sets of statutory accounts inclusive of follow up queries and preparing ad hoc/additional reports for RBI. • XBRL reporting of Financials. 4) Accounting standards & policy/guidelines from RBI • Study and follow up on new accounting standards to ensure compliance by the Bank.
