WORK RESPONSIBILITIES: Working on SAP EHP 7. Preparation of Monthly/Quarterly Reports of Statutory dues. Solving the problems of routine accounting. Preparation of Daily Monthly/Quarterly Reports of Sugar/ Molasses dispatches. Preparation of projection reports of by-products. Computation of TDS on salary. Monitor IRGR clearing of all units. Reviews of pending PR & GRN. Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records , financial statements, and other financial reports, and procedural standards. Managing the month end activities like adjustment journal entries, accruals, prepaid adjustments, preparation of audit schedules and period closure. Finance concurrences Procurement related tasks, commercial negotiations, vetting of Procurement proposal notes, PR & PO release etc. Assets master creation in SAP thru T-Codes AS01. Monitor CWIP and follow-up for capitalization. Preparation of Monthly Budget V/s Actual. Monitor sugar & molasses sale of all units. Prepare agents ranking monthly, quarterly & annually. Daily Cane price and commission status of all units and prepare payment as per schedule. Compilation of IFC and prepare exceptions report of all units. Follow-up major materials delivery as per schedule from vendors. Preparation of Audit Checklist & Schedule as per the audit requirement. Preparation of annual financial statements for audit together with audit schedules & other information required by the statutory auditors.
