Duties : 1. Verification of Purchases Bills which includes rates, Terms as per PO, receipt. 2. To resolve the bill booking issues at primary level. 3. Vendor’s reconciliation. 4. Mostly involved on vendors query resolution. 5. Support the training of new colleagues in ERP. 6. Keeping track of every transaction into & tagging details into system. 7. Assist in month end closing. 8. Ensuring that the payment of invoice is completed within a timely manner and in accordance with payment terms. 9. Closing down In active vendor & employee accounts 10. Verification & Passing of employee travel expenses claim. 11. Any other routine work that is given from time to time.
