I had submited the complaint at help desk, greivence cell and new gst servicehelp site, but tll received any help from them

we are getting late fee sir its nearly 20 days finished GSTR 3B Dec date is over . Till 20 Days they are searching for a solution.

yes, as many taxpayers are traped and couldn't file gstr 3b due to non filing of gstr 1

I hope i'll dont loose my Input as i am not able to file return from last few months !

We have faced the same issue, sent so many complaints at helpdesk as well as new grievance cell with supporting evidence of filed the TRAN-1, after that they are sort out the problem, finally, we have filed the 3B with the late penalty. They are charged late penalty even the mistake of the department. IT IS VERY VERY UNFAIR
