Wrong treatment of purchase in GSTR-3B

Hi Experts,
For the month of March we have filled GSTR-3B instead of showing IGST,CGST,SGST in eligible ITC Column we wrongly taken purchase as IGST, remaining CGST and SGST is taken as per the records.

Kindly suggest the measures for rectification of GSTR-3B.
