Wrong leave calculation in form 108

Sir ,

 I have filled the details in form 108 and printed the form......but after calculating no. Of days worked + leaves taken it is only 1088 days and as per rule the no. Days worked should b 3 yrs i.e approx 1092 days......so will I be liable for 4 days extension.......please reply sir
